Our Mission
PharmaPoint is an innovative, technology-enabled pharmacy management company, with best-of-class solutions for hospitals, health systems and physician groups. Our point-of-care pharmacy solutions improve patient health and satisfaction, lower patient readmissions by increasing medication adherence, and provide an additional source of ancillary income.
Our unique model brings pharmacy back to the point-of-care and integrates the pharmacist and pharmacy staff into the patient care team. This integration greatly improves communication with the provider on the success of or issues with the medication therapy which results in improved outcomes for the patient and greater patient satisfaction.
